SAMAMA Holding is a diversified company that works through its subsidiaries. Its major interest lies in the Operations and Maintenance Management, Construction, Real Estate Development and Technology sectors. The company is fully owned by the family of Sheikh Nasser Almutawa Alotaibi.

SAMAMA foundation was laid by Sheikh Nasser in 1980 soon after he left the MOH. The vision of the Company was to provide operation and maintenance services to the healthcare, education, aviation, civil and defense facilities of the Government. Today SAMAMA employs more than 20,000 employees and it has spread its activities from an operation and maintenance management company to a more diversified group engaged in construction, real estate, technology, finance, insurance and hospitality sectors.
