Saudi Services for Electro Mechanic Works Co., Ltd. (SSEM) was established 1397H (1976G) under the name of Saudi Swiss Electro Mechanic Works Co., Ltd., owned by the Owners of Al Rashid Trading and Contracting Company and Swiss Companies specialized in the filed of Electrical & Mechanic Works.

In 1401H (1981G), it became wholly owned by Messers. Abdullah Saad Al-Rashid, Abdul Rahman Saad Al-Rashid, Rashid Saad Al-Rashid and Rashid Al-Abdul Al-Rahman Al-Rashid &Sons Company.

Since established and by grace of Allah Almighty along with sound management and wide experience, the Company was able to execute enormous projects in electrical and water sector like Water Treatment, Pumping Stations Electrical Transmission Lines & Distribution Projects, Housing and Commercial Center Projects.
