Sehnaoui Plant was founded in 1994 with a long-term vision to become a provider of value-based solutions. Sehnaoui Plant joined forces in 1998 with Uteco and Syrun, two 35-year-old companies established in Lebanon and Syria. This strategic move strengthened the market approach with a wider range of products. The whole operation was restructured in 2000 to enter the international business market with Iraq in 2000, Nigeria in 2001 Sehnaoui Plant Nigeria Limited, Qatar in 2003 Tawrid Qatar wll in joint venture with Al Sraiya Group, UAE in 2006, Kuwait in 2007. In 2006 we created IMER Middle East sal with the IMER Group (manufacturer of concrete batching plants and transit mixers) for the development of a distributorship network covering the Middle East region. SPBF Offshore sal is our latest joint venture with Baladi Freres specializing in the sales of tower cranes and passenger hoists.
