Sherborne Qatar is the 'daughter' school of an historic and distinguished UK school that was founded in 1550 under a royal charter. Our ethos, brand and standards are monitored from Sherborne UK, which also provides a considerable educational input, both pastoral and academic, into the school.

Sherborne Qatar caters for two separate constituencies: the expatriate community drawn from across the whole world, whose skills and expertise are currently needed in the development of Qatar, and the local community who are keen to provide their children with the best education possible. Our curriculum is delivered in English: therefore, to enjoy and gain access to it, our pupils must have a high level of written and spoken English.

Sherborne Qatar is a member of Qatar's Supreme Education Council's Outstanding Schools Programme. Outstanding Schools are selected from top schools throughout the world which teach accredited international or national curricula. Pupils from these schools are routinely admitted into the world's most prestigious universities.
