Sinopec International (Middle East) FZE is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Petrochemical International Co. Ltd., registered in Jebel Ali Free Zone of Dubai, UAE in 2008. Sinopec International (Saudi) Co., Ltd., the subsidiary of Sinopec International (Middle East) FZE, was established in Dammam in 2011. Our main business is international trade of refining by-products such as petcoke and sulfur, oil field & petrochemical equipment and materials. After more than a decade of development, it has gradually formed a Dubai/UAE-centered business with its main business scope covering the Middle East, North Africa, South Asia and India, and some of its main business extending to Eastern Europe and East Asia.
