The Urban Planning and Development Authority of the State of Qatar (UPDA) is a governmental entity that solely carries out the Urban Planning & Development of the State of Qatar. UPDA is currently hiring planners to oversee and review consultants works in their preparation of the Master Plan for Qatar and assist the planning implementation process for the Master Plan.
