Wizuda is the data services division of the iCONX Group. Since 2001, iCONX have provided world class Interconnect Billing, Routing Optimisation, Wholesale Fraud, and Data Transfer software and services to some of the world’s leading Telecom operators in over 20 countries. The systems provided to Telecoms operators are defined as mission critical by our customers in terms of continuous operation and guaranteed access to both current data and backups of historical data.

The iCONX ASP hosted service has delivered total security in its handling of data records generated by its customers’ telephony operations, with all of our data transfers managed by our own MFT software. We have been providing global onsite, SAAS, and managed services since the company’s inception in 2001.

By the end of 2017, the Wizuda MFT solution had been at the core of the iCONX ASP service for over 15 years, transferring files and data from Telecoms customers across the globe into data centres in Dublin for processing and presentation on the iCONX web based billing portals, and transferring processed data and files back to each customer for use in data warehouse and ERP systems at each customer site. Onsite large scale commercial MFT solutions had been successfully delivered and supported for customers such as Vodafone Qatar and Tele 2 Russia, and in January 2017, Wizuda was launched as the data services division of iCONX to fully focus on secure data transfer solutions and expand the company’s offerings in that space.

Our data transfer, file sharing and secure email solutions are now successfully employed in telco customers such as Vodafone, Liberty Global, Tele 2 Russia and Tele 2 Sweden as well as across a range of other sectors such as financial services and Irish government departments.

Wizuda MFT is being used by telecoms companies such as Vodafone to deliver the critical data delivery elements in rolling out their 5G network. Real-time transfers and messaging, reliability, scalability and high availability are some of the key elements needed for delivering 5G and which our software and services deliver.
