Construction Worker

Job description / Role

- Assist in the construction and renovation of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
- Follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to complete construction tasks effectively.
- Use hand and power tools to execute work safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and clean construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance on tools and equipment as required.

- Proven experience as a construction worker or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools effectively and safely.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adapt to shifting tasks.

*Preferable experience as: Steel Fixer / Shuttering Carpenter / Excavator Operator/ Mason / General Builder/ Knaufer
