Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble food items according to strict fast food quality and safety standards, ensuring every meal meets our high expectations.
• Expertly craft pizza dough prepare and assemble fresh and high-quality toppings, maintaining consistency and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation spaces, adhering to health regulations and promoting a welcoming environment.
• Assist in inventory management, monitoring stock levels, and reporting shortages to ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
• Collaborate with team members during peak hours, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork to meet customer demands swiftly.
• Engage with customers to take orders, answer questions about menu items, and provide recommendations based on preferences.
• Handle food safety protocols diligently, including proper storage, cooking temperatures, and hygiene practices, to ensure customer safety.
• Participate in training programs to familiarize yourself with new menu items and company policies, enhancing your skills and knowledge.

• Overtime payment by hour: (+20%)
• 40 working hours per week: (5 days 7 hours + 1 day 5 hours)
• Food allowance and accommodation provided

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, demonstrating foundational education and commitment to learning.
• Previous experience in fast food or customer service roles is a plus, indicating familiarity with the fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast food kitchen environment, preferably in a pizza establishment.
• Must be eligible to work legally in the country, ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
• Bilingual candidates are highly desirable, particularly those fluent in English and another language, catering to diverse customer bases.
• Basic food safety certification is advantageous, showcasing knowledge of safe food handling practices and commitment to health standards.
• Strong communication skills are essential, enabling effective interaction with customers and team members alike.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during busy shifts, demonstrating resilience in a fast-paced setting.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are crucial, reflecting dedication and enthusiasm in serving customers.
• Middle East experience is a plus

Salary:
EUR 700 to 850 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
