Job description / Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Craft exceptional dough from scratch, ensuring the right balance of texture and flavor for every pizza.
• Expertly prepare and assemble fresh and high-quality toppings, maintaining consistency and presentation standards.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines meticulously to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage orders efficiently during peak hours, ensuring timely delivery of pizzas.
• Experiment with new recipes and flavors, contributing to seasonal menus and specials that excite customers.
• Maintain inventory levels of ingredients, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages and waste.
• Engage with customers at the counter, offering recommendations and ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, incorporating new ideas into the pizza-making process.

• Overtime payment by hour: (+20%)
• 40 working hours per week: (5 days 7 hours + 1 day 5 hours)
• Food allowance and accommodation provided

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for culinary arts and pizza-making.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast food kitchen environment, preferably in a pizza establishment.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus for engaging diverse customer bases.
• Culinary school training or specialized pizza-making courses are a plus for advancing skill sets.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and engage with customers.
• Detail-oriented mindset, capable of consistently producing high-quality products and presentations.
• Creativity and a willingness to innovate in recipe development and presentation techniques.
• Middle East experience is a plus

Salary:
EUR 700 to 850 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
