Job description / Role
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory levels through regular audits and stock assessments, ensuring optimal product availability and minimizing waste.
• Working in a professional team taking goods from warehouse area and putting them on the shelves.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely restocking and negotiating favorable terms to enhance profitability.
• Implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize product appeal and drive sales performance in-store.
• Train and mentor store staff on operational processes and customer service excellence to foster a motivated team environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, aiming for rapid resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections to maintain a safe shopping environment.
• Overtime payment by hour: (+20%)
• 40 working hours per week: (5 days 7 hours + 1 day 5 hours)
• Acommodation provided
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in supply chain management or retail operations is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or inventory management, preferably in a supermarket or grocery store environment.
• B Category license and minimum 3 years of driving experience
• Experience in fast-paced retail environments, highlighting adaptability and efficiency in high-pressure situations.
• Preference for candidates with local nationality to ensure cultural alignment and understanding of customer needs.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus to cater to diverse customer demographics.
• Strong technical skills in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software for streamlined operations.
• Middle East experience is a plus
Salary:
EUR
600 to 725
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
