Job description / Role
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Monitor stock levels and analyze sales patterns to ensure optimal inventory is maintained and reduce stockouts.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to place timely and accurate orders based on demand forecasting.
• Conduct regular shelf audits to assess product placement, ensuring high-demand items are easily accessible to customers.
• Implement effective replenishment strategies that align with store promotions and seasonal trends to maximize sales.
• Train and supervise team members in proper stocking techniques and safety protocols to enhance operational efficiency.
• Handle discrepancies in stock counts and resolve issues with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized backroom storage area to facilitate quick and effective restocking procedures.
• Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements and generate reports for better decision-making.
• Overtime payment by hour: (+20%)
• 40 working hours per week: (5 days 7 hours + 1 day 5 hours)
• Acommodation provided
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in supply chain management or retail operations is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or inventory management, preferably in a supermarket or grocery store environment.
• B Category license and minimum 3 years of driving experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed replenishment decisions.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and suppliers.
• Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accurate stock counts and minimize discrepancies.
• Middle East experience is a plus
Salary:
EUR
600 to 725
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
