Job description / Role
On behalf our client, we are seeking a Senior Site Engineer with experience in the UAE and Europe in high rise, with excellent attention to detail.
• Verification of the construction quality control;
• Improving the efficiency of the work of contractors;
• Preparation of necessary reports for the company's management;
• Comprehensive quality control and technical supervision at all stages of construction;
• Preparation of the project inspection schedule in accordance with the work schedule;
• Coordination of the on-site activities;
• Preparing of payment certificate and cost schedule;
• Monthly assessment of the work schedule for the project, assessment of the main risks;
• Preparation of monthly reporting forms and quality control lists.
Salary:
EUR
4,500 to 5,415
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Annual Bonus/13th Month Salary - No Car or Accommodation
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related Science
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Excellent knowledge of English language, both oral and written
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, Microsoft Office
• Advanced organization skills and structure mindset and work approach
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• High level of team spirit
