Plastic Parts Production Operator

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Plastic Parts Production Operator in the Czech Republic. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating machinery that produces high-quality plastic components essential to our products. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible professional committed to maintaining production efficiency and product excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate plastic injection molding machines and other production equipment according to specifications.
- Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards and adjust machinery as needed.
- Inspect finished plastic parts for defects and measure specifications to ensure compliance.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to the maintenance and supervisory teams promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.

- Prior experience in plastic manufacturing or a similar industrial production environment is preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production machinery.
- Attention to detail with strong quality control focus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required by production schedules.

Salary:
EUR 700 to 1,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
