Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an established 5 start hotel in East Africa who is looking to hire an IT Manager – Head of Department for the property, a renowned international brand. As the IT Manager you will be responsible for all day to day support of all IT systems throughout the hotel. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance and General Manager.
You will be responsible for overseeing all IT products and services, providing support and training of all property systems, network enhancements, as well as maintain all inventory, licenses and maintenance.
Requirements
The successful candidate should currently be an IT Manager in a 5 star property. Experience in a known or international brand is a must, preferably in Africa or the Middle East. You must be experienced in projects and networking and have strong experience in controls.
