Job description / Role
• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings, such as tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats
• Monitor the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking times
• Prepare high-quality pizzas according to company recipes
• Plate or package pizzas accordingly
Salary:
USD
500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• POSITION: Pizza Maker
• SALARY: 500 USD depending on experience and qualifications, plus accommodation, meals, and monthly incentives
• HIRING COMPANY: FnB Operator
• WORK LOCATION: Djibouti, Africa
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately/can start on or before Sep 20, 2020
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time (2 years contract)
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ANY nationality
• Male, 40 years old and below
QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 5 years of experience in a fast food restaurants
• Open to candidates within the GCC
• With pizza-making experience
• With basic cooking knowledge and can operate kitchen equipment, and brick or stone oven
• Understanding of food hygiene
• Good time-management skills
