Job Description:
- The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including the development and performance management of employees.
- In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
- The Restaurant General Manager reports to the Operation Manager.
Salary:
USD
1,300 to 1,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Free accommodation and food (twice a day) (30/31 days a month), 2 years contract with 60 days paid vacation leave and two way ticket
Requirements
The candidate must be:
- 35 to 45 years old
- Male with 5+ Managerial Position
- Preferably with 7+ Food and Beverage Work Experience
- Preferably worked in a fast food chain or quick service restaurant
- Flexible and can adopt environmental changes
