Responsibilities:
• Assist the head chef with dish preparation and kitchen management.
• Create new dishes and menus in collaboration with the head chef.
• Supervise the kitchen team and provide ongoing training.
• Maintain high standards of quality and hygiene (HACCP).
• Manage stock levels and place product orders.
