Raya FMCG, one of Raya's subsidiaries, is hiring an accounts receivable accountant.
What will you do?
- Generate and issue accurate and timely invoices to customers.
- Verify billing data to ensure completeness and correctness.
- Monitor and reconcile customer accounts, ensuring all payments are accurately applied.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to customer accounts.
- Implement and manage an effective collections process to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
- Communicate with customers to address payment-related inquiries and discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports for management.
- Provide insights into trends, aging, and potential collection issues.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer concerns and improve processes.
Skills
What will you need?
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable management or a similar role.
- Familiarity with Oracle and Salesforce applications (Sales Buzz, DMS1, MSales, etc.).
- Advanced experience with MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting.
