Job description / Role
- Managing end to end relationship and performance for top souq.com marketplace sellers in your portfolio.
- Managing end to end relationship of strategic groups along with expansion of their portfolio available to souq
- Exceed your targets for revenue, listings and customer experience metrics (cancellation rate, late shipment rate etc) for the sellers in your portfolio
- Work as consultants with your sellers to help them grow their business on souq.com
- Understand and resolve seller issues by working with internal and external teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience of B2B account management in FMCG, e-commerce, consumer internet or retail industries.
- Excellent command of English & Arabic languages.
- Good knowledge of MS excel and its functions.
