Accounting Manager - HONDA - Cairo Festival City - Cairo, Egypt

We are seeking to hire a Accounting Manager for Honda to monitor accounting operation & transactions allows him / her to report company financial position accurately & on time, your job responsibilities will be including but not limited to:

- Work diligently with finance staff & other departments regarding the day to day activities i.e. disbursement audit for all payments & reviewing all invoiced units and sign the relative certificate of titles.
- Preparing, reviewing & approving the monthly accounting entries and issuing the monthly financial statements.
- Preparing the monthly reports to fulfill Dubai HQ & regional requirements / reports accurately and timely. (Also, he is the only authorized employee in preparing and submitting all NTEG financial reports in SAP system)
- Preparing the monthly, quarterly forecast, annual budget & five years business plan as well as any irregular reports / special studies.
- Preparing the cost sheets for all NTEG products and coordinate activities with banks, freight forwarders and customs clearing agency.
- Review and approve the monthly bank reconciliation of all accounts & following up on clearing any outstanding variances in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and reconcile the financial transactions with sisters & affiliates companies.
- Work diligently with NTEG external auditors on auditing & issuing the annual Financial Statements.
- Monitoring the accounts receivable & pay close focus on time deposits.
- Controlling & reviewing the daily cash generated from operations for all NTEG branches.
- Assisting the Financial Controller on maintaining & implementing robust internal control system.
- Controlling & coordinating the annual physical inventory process with all departments in all locations timely & accurately.

Requirements

- BA/BS in Business with an emphasis in Accounting / accounting, Accounting Diploma is a plus.
- Ten or more years’ experience in the financial reporting/general ledger area including four or more years of leader ship experience.
- Experience working in an audit firm or professional services firm is preferred.
- Experience working with general accepted accounting principles & standard.
- Expert in Microsoft Excel, power point and WinWord.

Job-Specific Skills:
- Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills
- Experience with ERP financial accounting system, SAP, Oracle is a plus.
- Proficient English language skills, written and spoken.
- Experience working in an audit firm or professional services firm is preferred.
- Experience working with general accepted accounting principles & standard.
- Expert in Microsoft Excel, power point and WinWord.
- Strong experience in setting up and organizing database and spread sheets.
