Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Admin Assistant - Finance - Cairo Festival City - AFGRE - Cairo, Egypt

- Responsible for all finance department admin works related to accounts payable ,accounts receivable ,taxation and general ledger documentation ,follow up GM finance approval for all documents in accordance with the company policies, and procedures.
- Prepares and directs of daily vendor payment recommendation
- Ensure of completing entries with all supporting documents needed
- Receiving checks from customers and depositing them.
- Reviewing supplier’s invoices after being approved and issue checks for them
- Review and verifying all bank transfers prepared by the accountants.
- Responsible for Petty cash and save contain EGP 30000 for petty cash accepted accounting
- Prepare all petty cash entries necessary and petty cash reconciliation
- Follow up the payment with accountants to reduce the time of releasing them.

Requirements

- A degree in Accounting or Finance is required
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience

Job-Specific Skills:
- Strong Excel and database skills.
- Strong understanding of setting up and organizing database and spread sheets.
- Reasonable verbal and written communication skills.
- SAP financial application experience preferred
