What is this role?

As an Admin Executive you will be responsible for the brand acquisition and onboarding in the UAE which would entail the following responsibilities:

  • Checking application forms, KYC, and other documents submitted for application.
  • Preparing contracts for merchants.
  • Updating commercial reports and supporting CCO in managing team performance.
  • Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Responding to complaints from customers and providing after-sales support when requested.
  • Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information.
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • One year plus in an office administrative role.
  • Graduate degree is a must.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Fluent in English - verbal and written communication.
  • Attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude.
