Chain Reaction seeks a dedicated Admin Officer to manage daily administrative tasks, support departments, and serve as a key contact for stakeholders, ensuring smooth office operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations including office supplies procurement, vendor management, and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access to important documents.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring they have the resources and information needed to start their roles effectively.
  • Support HR department with HR administration tasks as required, such as attendance tracking and employee record management.
  • Track and manage office budgets, ensuring adherence to cost controls and timely reporting.
  • Manage front desk activities by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and contributing to a well-organized and welcoming workspace throughout the office.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
