Derby College Group are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our administrative team based at our Joseph Wright Centre campus. The opportunity

This role coordinates communications across campus and curriculum areas, ensuring smooth and efficient departmental operations. Youu2019ll provide high-level administrative support to leadership, manage resources, and maintain effective systems. From organising events and inspections to supporting strategic projects and delivering excellent customer service, youu2019ll play a key part in ensuring consistency and quality across the college.

About you

Youu2019re an organised and adaptable professional with strong IT and communication skills. Experienced in busy office environments, you thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks with ease. You are customer-focused, collaborative, and confident using Microsoft Office. With a keen eye for detail and a flexible approach, you bring problem-solving skills and professionalism to everything you do. A Level 3 qualification in administration or customer service is essential.
