Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Essential Responsibilities:

- Responsible for executing the process, such as placing requisitions, vendor management transactions or solving AP holds.
- The Senior Buyer is responsible for W2W Buydesk operations for the business assigned.
- Drive continuous improvement support and technical leadership & guidance (SME) to his/her peers
- Analytics & Reporting. RCA driver.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree OR high school diploma with 3 years' experience in related area
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations

Desired Characteristics:

- Previous experience in a shared service center, procurement or operations experience
- Strong analytical Skills
- Lean Six Sigma certified
- Demonstrated team player with a strong initiative to win
- Demonstrated professional oral/written communication and negotiation skills
- Strong project management skills
- Working knowledge of ERP/ SSP systems
- Experience with RFQ implementation and execution
- History with supplier base consolidation
