Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and account management teams to achieve individual and collective goals.
Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration in the assigned region to expand market share and increase revenue.
Set clear performance targets for the team and regularly monitor progress to ensure goals are met.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed regional sales targets.
Oversee the account management team in maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients to drive customer retention, satisfaction, and long-term business growth.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, provide updates, and address any challenges to ensure alignment, enhance team performance, and drive overall success.
Analyze regional market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Ensure accurate sales forecasting and maintain regular reporting of sales performance to support informed decision-making and drive strategic planning.

Skills

• Educational background: A university graduate in any discipline.
• Experience:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a management role.
• Technical proficiency:
  • High level understanding of top management's goals to be able to effectively communicate them to sales supervisors.
  • Excellent knowledge of the different selling techniques.
  • Very good knowledge of all the products' features.
  • Very good knowledge about competitors in the market.
  • Result orientation.
