Job Summary
The Associate Principal is the subject matter expert of the Water & Waste Water dept. and is a key reference point for his team members. The jobholder works closely with Project Managers for the review the proper implementation of all related adjustments and revisions. He is the leading representative of K&A in industry events, conferences and publications .He shall stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in Water & Waste Water and represent the firm in the professional engineering communities and international forums

Key Responsibilities
• Provide subject matter expertise for technical complex and focused topics
• Support the collection of external data including relevant environmental regulations
• Provide sophisticated technical subject matter expertise to project teams for the delivery of Water & Waste water
• Provide technical assistance in the development of environmental findings and potential mitigation measures to negative effects of proposed projects
• Assist in the development of technical reports showcasing environmental findings
• Closely work with Project Managers for the review and validation of deliverables with clients and authorities, capturing feedback and obtaining approvals, as needed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering,
• Master’s Degree in is preferred
• Chartered Professional Engineering certification or equivalent is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to represent the organization in diverse forums
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English & Arabic languages

Specific Experience Required to Execute this Role
• 18+ years of experience in multinational engineering consultancy firm
• Exposure to global best practices and trends in environmental studies
• Experience in the Middle East is preferred
