Your Role and Responsibilities
An IBM Associate PM normally work in tandem with Program or Senior Project Manager, takes the initiative, follows the work plan, checks progress against objectives, and reports any deviations. Seeks guidance on key issues as appropriate, and continues to develop expertise in the capability.
Associate project managers use their organization and planning skills to manage tasks effectively and complete projects as expected. Their analytical abilities, team building and motivation skills help them organize resources, work under tight deadlines, manage simultaneously occurring tasks and shifting priorities, control project change and generate maximum team performance. The best project management associates are credible, reliable, well-respected members of the collective project management team and believe that leadership and people skills are key elements for successful project delivery.
Associate project managers are fully responsible for daily business operations, reporting and Compliance with Business controls.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
- At least 1-3 years expertise in Project Management Activities.
- Excellent background in Finance & financial reporting (simple reporting of P&L for the running projects)
- Experience in Training coordination and Talent Development Field.
- Business Operations and project Delivery experience
- Business Processes Awareness
- Background in business controls is a plus.
- Experience and good understanding if SW development us a plus
