Are you passionate about supporting student wellbeing and improving school attendance? Fulford School is seeking a dedicated Attendance Support Co-ordinator to join our pastoral team and play a key role in ensuring students are safe, supported, and present in school.

As attendance support co-ordinator, you will:

• Work closely with the Attendance Intervention Lead and pastoral staff to monitor and improve student attendance.
• Maintain accurate attendance records using Arbour.
• Liaise with parents, carers, and staff to follow up on absences and provide tailored advice.
• Respond to alerts for pupils missing from lessons to ensure safeguarding.
• Manage the PSU reception area, acting as the first point of contact for parents and pupils.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with pupil welfare and first aid.

Weu2019re looking for someone who:

• Has strong administrative and IT skills.
• Communicates effectively with students, parents, and staff.
• Is proactive, organised, and able to prioritise tasks in a busy school environment.
• Has experience working in a school or similar setting (desirable).
• Understands safeguarding and SEN issues.
• Is committed to continuous professional development.
