Big Data Engineer

About the role

Will be responsible, as part of Level 2 and Level 3 operation team, for change, incident and performance management of big data used in a critical-to-Orange business environment in accordance with established measurements and documented service level agreements.

About you

Educational background & professional experience:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or software engineering
• 5 years' experience in the information systems industry
• 2-4 years of strong experience in big data domain in managing production support
• Ability to possess logical and systematic approach to problem resolution across a broad spectrum of technologies in applications support environment
• Good inter-personal skills, able to deal with all levels within an organization and relieve potential conflicts
• Able to work accurately and clearly explain technical matters to non-technical users in both written and verbal forms
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with multiple tasks
• Strong ability to work with international customers
