Job description / Role
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multi-faceted projects
• Developing growth strategies and plans
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
• Increasing client base
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
• Writing business proposals
• Negotiating with stakeholders
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
• Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
• Following industry trends locally and internationally
• Drafting and reviewing contracts
• Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
• Effectively plan and manage joint ventures partners.
• Implement technical proposal preparation, technical and commercial proposal analysis
• Cost tracking for projects through maintenance of detailed accounting spreadsheet
• Design and produce engaging, informative, well-organized Marketing PR relation.
Requirements
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Evidence of creating and growing sales to the benefit of a business
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships
• Strong track record of working in oil and gas industry
• Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills with a drive for outstanding customer service and high performance culture.
• Good understanding of business development performance drivers and able to demonstrate a broad knowledge and understanding of oil & gas market.
• Can demonstrate a track record of producing and delivering a growth strategy and sales plan in complex industries and within their market segment.
• Build and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers and key business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence and ability to deliver formal reports and presentations both internally and externally.
• Understand the principles of matrix management
