Job duties and responsibilities

What you'll do:

• Visit customersu2019 homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home technology.
• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customersu2019 homes.
• Teach customers how to use their technology and offer additional services when helpful.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.

Skills, experience, and requirements

What you'll need:

• Valid driver's license with a clean record required.
• Schedule flexibility: willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability:
  • Climb ladders up to 40 feet.
  • Lift up to 70 pounds.
  • Must meet and maintain a 335-pound weight limit.
• Customer focus: build trust and create a great experience.
• Problem-solving: tackle a variety of challenges on the spot.
• Determination: work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather.
• Adaptability: handle changes and unexpected tasks with ease.

Employment is contingent on successful completion of a pre-employment screen, including a drug test and an acceptable driving record. Compensation listed may reflect a combination of hourly pay rate and location pay differential.
