Job description / Role
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
- Handling complains and directing them to the specialized department
- Communicate with other departments to close cases.
- Daily utilize CRM system to track and update leads
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience
- Fluency in English Language.
- Presentable
- Excellent telephone presence
- The ability to communicate in both verbal and written forms
- Call Center and Customer Service background is a plus
