Position Title: Chef-Bakery
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 1,500 USD depending on experience and qualifications plus shared accommodation, transportation, and duty meals

Job Location: New Cairo, Egypt

About the Client:
A pre-opening multidisciplinary bakespace in New Cairo, Egypt under a dynamic homegrown group behind standout concepts in UAE.

• Oversee the preparation, baking, and presentation of all bakery items, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Create and refine baked goods recipes, introduce seasonal offerings, and innovate based on customer trends.
• Monitor ingredient levels, manage supplier orders, and control food costs and waste.
• Lead and train the bakery team, enforce hygiene standards, and maintain a safe, efficient kitchen environment.

• Open to Asian nationals, 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary, Pastry, Baking, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in the F&B industry
• Overseas candidates are welcome to apply; joining ticket and visa will be paid for by the company

Salary:
USD 1,300 to 1,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
