Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

CFO is primarily responsible for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, which include the development of an investment financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to this strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve the company and policyholders’ assets, and the report of accurate financial results.

CFO is also expected to plan, coordinate and supervise, the all the activities of a variety of dealing with accounting bookkeeping, treasury tasks ,cash management, provisioning and tax calculations. He or she is moreover responsible to design and monitor the yearly budget of the Company, calculating the value of policyholders’ assets and report on the financial position of the Company.

CFO responsibilities lead him or her to represent the Company towards third parties (regulator, shareholders, directors) for all financial matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting from a recognized university
• MBA ,CFA is a plus
• 15+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting field

Language skills:
• Excellent English (speaking and writing)
