Job description / Role
• The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for serving as the Bank's lead financial executive overseeing and representing the Bank's Accounting Department and all financial and accounting operations of the Bank
• Driving the bank’s financial planning
• Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
• Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
• Managing all aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad investment and banking operations
• Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments and plan the organization’s financial strategy.
• Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
• Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
• Manage vendor relationships
• Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
• Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
• Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts.
Requirements
• Minimum 15 years of experience with Banking experience
• Has experience in managing Complex shareholder agreement.
• Used to manage the FN at least in medium size bank.
• S/He will play leadership role not just executing what CEO Egypt wants to do
• Preferably Egyptian or any nationality that is speaking Arabic
• Preferably holding title CFO.
