Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Process Mining Pre-Sales Specialist to provide internal and external technical leadership for pre-sales engagements in the Process Mining Specialty.

You will be part of the IBM Data, AI and Automation Technology Software Business Unit. Our mission is to provide customers with AI and Application modernization solutions that enable their mission critical business outcomes. The role will involve working with a dedicated sales team to position and sell the IBM Process Mining software in the XXX market

The role requires positioning the Process Mining product suite to customers, technical, management and executive staff in the context of how to use the technology for business advantage and as part of broader IBM Software solutions.

The successful candidate may be required to travel across the geography as health safety allows and business requires.

What will I be doing?
- Collaborate with IBM Automation Sellers and Business Partners to provide technical expertise for customer software sales.
- Pre-Sales activities will include:
- Product demonstrations
- Technical assessments,
- Engaging with architects for solution design and configurations,
- Proof of Concept or Proof of Technology deliverables, and
- Providing relevant case studies and business cases such as return on Investment analysis.
- Facilitate presentations and complete RFI/RFP Responses
- Position the IBM Technology offerings against competitors and shape the value proposition of the IBM solution to win IBM Software opportunities.
- You will be required to build your network within the Process Mining specialty, work with Product Management when required to help with sales opportunities.
- Create re-usable demonstrations assets

Requirements

What skills and experience will I need?
- Technical sales capabilities including being technically articulate both orally and in creating written responses/documentation.
- Proven experience with digital work automation and management issues
- Experience or understanding of business and IT process automation, as well as the ability to articulate business value of automation.
- Experience with products such as MyInvenio, Celonis or other Process Mining solutions is essential.
- A market view on the Process Mining industry including competition.
- Reviewing customers' current processes and determining which areas are high value for new Process Mining
- Additional skills in products from the IBM Digital Business Automation portfolio would be beneficial.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 3 years experience with Process Mining solutions (myInvenio, Celonis, and others)
- 3 years Technical Sales experience

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- 5 years experience with Process Mining solutions
- 5 years Technical Sales experience; Knowledge of products from the IBM Digital Business Automation portfolio
