Employment: Full Time

Role Summary:

IB Operations Lead will be responsible for structure and maintenance process of IB & Common Objects (Account - Contact - Site - Address, IB Location) and build necessary mechanism to measure success of the process. Additionally, drive Services variable cost productivity (Material, Labor, Other Variable Cost) through programs, projects, proactive and reactive actions and leadership, and improve Services Business profitability across Africa region

Essential Responsibilities:

- Understand common objects and how they are managed for different CRMs used in the region
- Be the key contact for the region for Global IB related initiatives and programs
- Design and validate the process related to lifecycle of each element of Common Objects
- Support Service CRM program team during deployments
- Drive specific projects focused on Material, Labor and OVC productivity
- Defines and implements the productivity strategy across Africa Services organization.
- Develops profitability analysis and business cases, manages assigned projects and is responsible for achieving the designated results (Contribution Margin within budget constraints), while supporting operational excellence and KPI improvements.
- Focus on improvements and best practices that will positively impact the operating efficiency in the medium-long term, leading to increased income from operations
- Drive and report on Cost Saving Bullet Train activity, to include metrics on savings position.
- Review contract profitability/ Cost outliers and accordingly build with operations a clear strategic plan that can better impact business profitability.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

- 2-5 years of Clinical Care Solution experience as minimum.
- BS degree or a BA degree in Finance area.
- Strong preference for Analytical and Statistical skills.
- Prior CCS Business experience with proven achievements related to IB.
- Aware of Service-max platform on addition to all healthcare CRM tools.
- Fluent in English with strong influencing skills.
- Experience working in a global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner.
- Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
- Clear thinking/problem solving: successfully led projects/process improvements within operations/finance function; able to quickly grasp new ideas
- Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations
- Integrity: accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions and when dealing with others
- Confidence/Assertiveness: strong influencing skills
