Job Description

• L2 support on public/private cloud platforms.
• Support and work with professional services team in building private/public cloud landing zones, migrating workloads across cloud platforms, building disaster recovery solutions.
• Monitor customer workloads and proactively support.
• Managing and operating managed services customers on public/private cloud.

Technical Skills

• Deep understanding of HCI solutions such as VMware/Nutanix, cloud computing, emerging computing trends, and deployment options.
• Extensive hands-on experience using cloud services: networking, Windows/Linux machines, containers, auto scaling, ARM templates.
• Experience with implementing and supporting private/public cloud migration projects.
• Experience in data center migration to cloud.
• Experience in building and operating hybrid cloud solutions.
• Experience in building and operating cloud-based disaster recovery solutions.
• Extensive hands-on experience implementing infrastructure migration, data migration, and data processing using cloud services.
• Experience in designing technical solutions for Microsoft/AWS/Google-centric solutions based on industry standards using IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS capabilities.
