Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Drive and manage all Co-Manufacturing Projects by ensuring smooth and fast processing of all events in order to achieve first time right Quality, Speed to Market and Cost Savings. The role brings improved efficiency and effectiveness of events to the business by aligning critical paths across operations.

A day in the life of

- Manage Co-Manufacturing Projects across the Market
- Initiate project, prepare the Critical Path Scheduling (Gantt Chart) and establish a consensus from all participants on a timetable (key milestones on Gantt charts)
- Prepare, organize & lead regular meetings with project team to review the progress on milestones.
- Write & distribute minutes & coordinate with all stakeholders on updates in between meetings.
- Inform and consult all team members for any issues and ensure these are followed through and resolved.
- Proactively highlight critical issues and projects at risk.
- IMS product brief management for non I2L Projects
- Data Management tracking/follow up
- Inform stakeholders of project status.
- Run regular health checks on deliverables & data completeness.
- Provide a regular update to the BU & Category DSP team on projects' status.
- Provide necessary information for Key Decision Makers; Evaluate risks and offer solutions

Requirements

What will make you successful

- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- 1-2 years of experience
- Experience in Supply Chain or Technical is required
- Good communication skills
- Organized & Detail- oriented
- MS Projects knowledge is a plus
