Job description / Role
You will lead BSS/OSS projects for Telco operators. You will be accountable on the project delivery from E2E perspective with full accountability on the project financial performance and customer satisfaction. You will support the pre-sales phase to ensure our ability to deliver what is sold and make sure the project cost budget is inline with the needed efforts. You will manage the customer communication and relation during the project execution.
What you will do:
- Lead the project delivery with full end-to-end accountability
- Lead the customer management as well as internal stakeholders to set the right expectations and secure the change management process
- Deliver the project on time and budget
- Bring up margin improvement ideas and lead their implementation
- Follow Oracle projects governance and delivery processes
- Ensure proper resources planning in place
- Ensure accurate financial forecast in place for cost/margin and revenue recognition
- Support the sales team in the bid phase and ensure the sold consulting services can be delivered as quoted on time and budget
Requirements
What you will bring:
- Large projects leadership experience
- Virtual teams leadership capabilities
- Ability to work as a team member in a mega project management organization reporting to program director and business owner
- Good background of the BSS/OSS projects delivery
- Strong knowledge of the Project Management processes and knowledge areas
- Strong communication/presentation skills to senior customer level
- Excellent project financials management knowledge
