Raya Foods; one of Raya's subsidiaries, is hiring a Continuous Improvement Senior Engineer.

What will you do:
- Process Improvement: Assist in identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and product quality within our value chain processes.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, utilizing tools such as Excel, Minitab and Power BI.
- Lean Methodologies: Support the application of Lean and Six Sigma principles to streamline processes and reduce waste.
- Project Support: Participate in continuous improvement projects, contributing to project planning, execution, and documentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with production, quality, supply chain, and maintenance teams to align improvement initiatives with operational goals.
- Training Assistance: Help train team members on continuous improvement tools and methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Reporting: Assist in developing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Compliance and Safety: Support adherence to industry regulations and safety standards throughout improvement initiatives.

Technical Skills:
- Data Analysis Skills : Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and basic statistical process control (SPC) concepts.

- Project Management : Basic experience in project support, with strong organizational and time management skills.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production, Mechanical or any related field.
