Job Description

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals, providing HR guidance and solutions to drive business success.
  • Build strong relationships with managers and employees, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Address employee relations issues, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions that align with company policies.
  • Assist in overseeing performance management processes, aligning individual goals with organizational KPIs.
  • Support managers in conducting performance reviews, identifying development opportunities, and implementing performance improvement plans.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives, including leadership development, succession planning, and career pathing.
  • Facilitate change management processes to support business transformation and growth.
  • Ensure that organizational structures and job roles are aligned with business needs.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess workforce trends, identify areas for improvement, and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.

Education

  • Bachelor of Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
