Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Assist in establishing optimum efficiency and effectiveness while utilizing the most recent technologies, reviewing, examining, and improving various policies and processes on a constant basis.
• Secure well processed business processes to maintain correct adoption of continuous improvement and strategies, then sustain effective ones.
• Support in the stock services and operational processes in the stores to further improve the customer experience and maintain their efficiency and effectiveness
• Comply with new rules and regulations and to address new systems or technologies, create and update existing policies while documenting any new business models. This can lead to consistent practices.
• Aid in boosting efficiency by guaranteeing that best practices are constantly followed, reviewed, evaluated to improve the current systems and procedures.
• Assist in delivering the proper and accurate COGS and retail service levels and in finalizing monthly reconciliation reports that are generated and authorized by the appropriate parties.
• Track shipments and associated overhead expenses to guarantee accurate accounting, adherence to tax regulations, and prompt account reconciliation.
• Analyze national regulations in connection to VAT, taxes, customs, translation, and special transactions and implement new processes and systems as necessary to be able to respond to changing business needs and developing technologies.
• Validate and ratify the terms of the retail service in the franchise agreement for new brands, nations, and e-commerce platforms.
• Research and provide data that shows how a firm develops and delivers value to assist the brand business model in a proper manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance or any related Field
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar field
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office
