Country Manager - Egypt

We are looking for a strong leader to accelerate the profitable growth and operationalize the high- level plans to fit the market opportunities in Egypt. The objectives of this role are to develop and lead country teams to successful results, measured with strong growth, high employee satisfaction and team spirit in the local sales company. As Clients Egypt Country Manager, you represent Clients interest in the local market, lead and develop all operations in the country following Clients strategies across all three business segments. With a local flavor and a “Can-Do” attitude, you secure high ambitions and strong execution focus with your teams. You are responsible for delivering strong results and developing your people in multiple functions.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and responsible for driving profitable growth targets, market share development and stimulating new business in all segments
- Drive business within the defined fixed expense frames
- Optimize and develop profitability
- Nurture, lead, and coach the team to optimum and long-term performance while securing a best in class work environment and high employee engagement
- Work with regional segment teams to deliver the best possible value proposition and ensure common alignment on strategies, forecasting and business processes
- Identify and execute focused plans for strategic hotspots where we can grow faster and profitably
- Act as spokesperson of Clients to all stakeholders, having the overall responsibility to ensure that “One Clients” culture is embedded, and representing the company locally
- Responsible to build relationships at executive levels, industry and institutional influencers as well as representing Clients in public, private affairs and enhance employer branding in the local market
- Responsible for overall customer experience and perception of Clients, as measured in Customer Loyalty Index (CLI) through delivery of our brand promise and corporate initiatives
