Job description / Role
Position Summary
- Drive innovative and sustainable supply chain solutions, to accelerate commercial success for Nestle and the Customer, that deliver a distinct competitive advantage relative to their key industry rivals by optimizing cost to serve and maximizing product availability
- Manage the Supply Chain day to day operations within the customer
A day in the life of
- In partnership with Sales and SC, define and lead common customer strategy.
- Be the coordinator of cross-functional teams from concept creation to final delivery
- Drive success of On Shelf Availability, On Shelf Freshness and Distributor Stock Availability
- Highlight the business opportunities for both Nestle and the customer, in creating competitive gaps through supply chain value creation
- Drive all other Supply Chain Customer efficiency initiatives e.g. Order automation sustainability, Cost to serve, Collaborative Planning, e-commerce etc
- Maintain the contacts with the customer either by being based in, or in remote (telcos, spot visits), with or without access to the Customer's systems
- Gain insight into Customer's operations
- Understand Customer's needs
- Understand Customer's KPI and the way of measuring them
- Review the KPI at defined frequency
- Support performance excellence with the Customer
- Monitor KPIs that support Perfect Order Cycle and provide analysis
- Solve root causes of failures throughout the O2C E2E process with the customer
- Develop joint projects and activities to close the GAP (Inventory replenishment, NNF reduction, master data etc)
- Manage master data alignment with the customer
