Job description / Role
- (CRM) coordinators are responsible for coordinating and managing customer relations on behalf of their company.
- Excellent reconciliation analysis skills, as well as a knowledge of implementation.
- Act as a liaison between business management and customers.
- Strong communication abilities to develop excellent business relationships. They utilize their networking skills to facilitate customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Proficient with computer software to communicate in different ways and create word documents containing reports of their interactions.
- Ability to identify risks and controls based on the support environment involved.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience
- Preferably experience in sales/marketing
- Excellent command of English
- Males only.
- Good user of Microsoft office package.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Presentable
