Customer Service Assistant - Back Office - IKEA - Cairo Festival City - Cairo, Egypt

We are currently seeking to hire a Customer Service Assistant - Back Office; who will be in charge of ensuring all Back Office services and processes support the Home Delivery function for consistent service. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Receiving and inspecting all incoming goods from HD front desk and reconciles with home delivery documents as per the company policy, system and procedures as well as ensuring to log each home delivery documents before goods are pushed to the loading bay
- Responsible for preparing the home delivery teams schedules and department KPI’s reports
- Process customers after sale job as per the company system and procedures as well as ensure all customers’ queries are attended to in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements

As a Customer Service Assistant - Back Office, we are seeking a bachelor's degree holder in any relevant discipline with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
