Client satisfaction will be your ultimate goal in this role. As a customer service representative, you will be on the front line serving our customers. You'll be the technical resource and point person interacting with clients, vendors, and senior management, to identify and resolve complex technical problems. Your Role and Responsibilities
- 24/7 level 1 service desk agent / end user support
- Scope: Basic troubleshooting of desktop related applications User guidance.
- Assigning Incidents to other appropriate support groups as needed.
- Providing Remote Support

Requirements

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Good troubleshooting skills.
- Networking/Technical background.
- ITIL knowledge.
- MS Windows and Office knowledge.
- Soft Skills and phone etiquette.
- Time management
- Team player
- English and Arabic (written and verbal )
